I participated in this years Pod of Science, part of the Pint of Science festival. I discussed my current reasearch on the link between heart and brain health and the importnace of cardiac rehabiliation.

In 2022, I was interviewed by Good Food Australia as part of Dementia Australia’s Eat.Play.Rest campaign to provide some tips on brain-healthy cooking and eating
